What we know going into Week 10-
-Alabama is the best team in the country until someone beats them. Is that team LSU? If not LSU, then who? After Alabama was compared to an NFL team this week by Steve Spurrier I think Nick Saban's head almost exploded. He hates his teams being "over-praised" Sorry Nick, that is what happens when you are so good. But, there is an LSU team ready to put the January 9th BCS title game loss behind them and test your team like they have not been tested this year.
-Oregon like Alabama has steamrolled everyone in their path. They get a USC team that is licking it's wounds this weekend. Don't expect Oregon to be winning 49-0 at halftime. USC will hit Oregon in the mouth this week and Oregon may not recover.
-Notre Dame rocked Oklahoma in Norman last week and now has its sights set on a BCS title game berth. Can they avoid the letdown game that has always plagued them in the past? Maybe this week but, I see the Fighting Irish dropping out of the BCS title game picture before the season is over. That doesn't mean that they do not go to a BCS bowl though.
-Ohio State is undefeated and will not sniff a bowl game this year do to sanctions. As bad as their defense has been, Urban Myer has to be shocked that the Buckeyes are still undefeated. I think that is an indictment on the B1G...
-Texas A&M is ahead of schedule in the SEC and they may be more than anyone is willing to admit that they can handle in the coming years. If they can avoid the letdown year in 2013 I think that they will evolve into an SEC power for the long haul.
-Kansas State will play for the BCS title. There I said it.
BCS Bowl Game forecast as currently ranked:

UPSET OF THE WEEK:
(You can throw all of my projections above out of the window. I have no business picking this upset from what we have seen from both teams. But, this game is in Death Valley on a Saturday Night! January 9th fresh on players and coaches and fans minds. Not to mention the Tigers are playing against the invincible team that has been compared to an NFL team. So yes I will call this with every bit of the realization that it could backfire...badly. But, it won't)
LSU 17 Alabama 16
HAPPY WEEK 10!!!
